注射壓力 100～160MPa（1000～1600bar），如果是加工薄截面長流道制品（如電線扎帶），則需要達(dá)到180MPa（1800bar）

保壓壓力 注射壓力的50％；由于材料凝結(jié)相對較快，短的保壓時間已足夠。降低保壓壓力可減少制品內(nèi)應(yīng)力

背壓 2～8MPa（20～80bar），需要準(zhǔn)確調(diào)節(jié)，因?yàn)楸硥禾邥斐伤芑痪?/p>

注射速度 建議采用相對較快的注射速度；模具有好的通氣性否則制品上易出現(xiàn)焦化現(xiàn)象

螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速 螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速高，線速度為1m/s；然而， 將螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)置低一點(diǎn)，只要能在冷卻時間結(jié)束前完成塑化過程即可；要求較低的螺桿轉(zhuǎn)矩

計(jì)量行程 0.5～3.5D

殘料量 2～6mm取決于計(jì)量行程和螺桿直徑

預(yù)烘干 在80℃溫度下烘干4h，除了直接從裝料容器內(nèi)喂料；尼龍有吸水性，應(yīng)該保存在防潮容器內(nèi)和封閉的料斗內(nèi)；水含量超過0.25％就會造成成型改變

回收率 可加入10％回料

收縮率 0.7％～2.0％；或者加了30％的玻璃纖維，收縮率為0.3％～0.8％；如果提供的溫度超過60℃，制品應(yīng)該為逐漸冷卻；逐漸冷卻可降低成型后收縮，即制品表現(xiàn)為更好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性和小的內(nèi)應(yīng)力；建議采用蒸氣法；尼龍制品可以通過熔焊液劑來檢查應(yīng)力

澆口系統(tǒng) 點(diǎn)式，潛伏式

，片式和直澆口都可以；建議使用盲孔和澆口窩來斷冷料點(diǎn)；可使用熱流道；由于熔料可加工溫度范圍窄，熱流道應(yīng)提供閉環(huán)溫度控制

機(jī)器停工時段 無需用其它料清洗

；熔料殘留在料筒內(nèi)時間可達(dá)20min，此后熱降解容易發(fā)生

料筒設(shè)備 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)螺桿，特殊幾何尺寸有較高塑化能力；止逆環(huán)，直通噴嘴；對加入了玻璃纖維的增強(qiáng)材料，則需要高耐磨的雙金屬料筒
