SIC introduction
性能特點：碳化硅是用石英砂、石油焦（或煤焦）、木屑（生產綠色碳化硅時需要加食鹽）等原料在電阻爐內經高溫冶煉而成，在電阻爐內經高溫冶煉而成，呈黑色或者綠色不透明體，六角形結晶，莫氏硬度為9.16-9.5。僅次于金剛石和碳化硼，性能脆而鋒利并且有一定的導電性

碳化硅有黑碳化硅和綠碳化硅，①黑碳化硅含SiC約98%，其韌性高于綠碳化硅，大多用于加工抗張強度低的材料，如玻璃、陶瓷、石材、耐火材料、鑄鐵和有色金屬等。②綠碳化硅含SiC約99%，自銳性好，綠碳化硅適宜磨削硬質合金和硬脆金屬及非金屬材料，如銅、黃銅、鋁和鎂等有色金屬和寶石，光學玻璃，陶瓷等非金屬材料。綠碳化硅也可用于耐火材料和應用在電子半導體行業(yè)
