PA66 Zytel特性介紹

聚酰胺(PA，俗稱(chēng)尼龍)是美國(guó)DuPont公司先開(kāi)發(fā)用于纖維的樹(shù)脂，于1939年實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化。20世紀(jì)50年代開(kāi)始開(kāi)發(fā)和生產(chǎn)注塑制品，以取代金屬滿足下游工業(yè)制品輕量化、降低成本的要求。聚酰胺主鏈上含有許多重復(fù)的酰胺基，用作塑料時(shí)稱(chēng)尼龍，用作合成纖維時(shí)我們稱(chēng)為錦綸，聚酰胺可由二元胺和二元酸制取，也可以用ω-氨基酸或環(huán)內(nèi)酰胺來(lái)合成。根據(jù)二元胺和二元酸或氨基酸中含有碳原子數(shù)的不同，可制得多種不同的聚酰胺，目前聚酰胺品種多達(dá)幾十種，其中以PA6和PA66應(yīng)用廣泛。

PA具有良好的綜合性能，包括力學(xué)性能、耐熱性、耐磨損性、耐化學(xué)藥品性和自潤(rùn)滑性，且摩擦系數(shù)低，有一定的阻燃性，易于加工，適于用玻璃纖維和其它填料填充增強(qiáng)改性，提高性能和擴(kuò)大應(yīng)用范圍。PA的品種繁多，有PA6、PA66、PA11、PA12、PA46、PA6T、PA9T、PA610、PA612、PA1010等。

PA66注塑資料

熔化溫度：260~290C。對(duì)玻璃添加劑的產(chǎn)品為275~280C。熔化溫度應(yīng)避免高于300C。模具溫度：建議80C。模具溫度將影響結(jié)晶度，而結(jié)晶度將影響產(chǎn)品的物理特性。對(duì)于薄壁塑件，如果使用低于40C的模具溫度，則塑件的結(jié)晶度將隨著時(shí)間而變化，為了保持塑件的幾何穩(wěn)定性，需要進(jìn)行退火處理。注射壓力：通常在750~1250bar，取決于材料和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。注射速度：高速（對(duì)于增強(qiáng)型材料應(yīng)稍低一些）。流道和澆口：由于PA66的凝固時(shí)間很短，因此澆口的位置重要。澆口孔徑不要小于0.5*t（這里t為塑件厚度）。如果使用熱流道，澆口尺寸應(yīng)比使用常規(guī)流道小一些，因?yàn)闊崃鞯滥軌驇椭柚共牧线^(guò)早凝固。如果用潛入式澆口，澆口的小直徑應(yīng)當(dāng)是0.75mm。 PA66塑料應(yīng)用PA66是PA系列中機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、應(yīng)用廣的品種，因其結(jié)晶度高，故其剛性、耐熱性都較高，高溫電氣插座零件、電氣零件、齒輪、軸承、滾子、彈簧支架、滑輪、螺栓、葉輪、風(fēng)扇葉片、螺旋槳、高壓封口墊片、閥座、輸油管、儲(chǔ)油容器、繩索、扎帶、傳動(dòng)皮帶、砂輪粘合劑、電池箱、絕緣電氣零件、線芯、抽絲等。
