固體流量計(jì)（沖板流量計(jì)）用于流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的粉狀、顆粒狀物料的計(jì)量設(shè)備，主要適用于物料流量密閉，安裝受限制，其它同類產(chǎn)品不能適應(yīng)的場(chǎng)合，廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、水泥、化工、礦山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、糧食、化肥、飼料、港口、電力、焦化、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。

工作原理WorkingPrinciple

固體流量計(jì)把測(cè)得物料流量信號(hào)送到微處理控制系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)計(jì)算出物料的瞬時(shí)流量和物料的累計(jì)產(chǎn)量。由微處理控制器不斷的將實(shí)際流量和設(shè)定的流量進(jìn)行比較，并對(duì)預(yù)給料裝置進(jìn)行位置或速度控制，從而來(lái)改變物料的前饋給定量，以達(dá)到恒定給料的目的。

校正倉(cāng)的作用在于對(duì)給料部分進(jìn)行不定期的標(biāo)定，使給料部分不斷被修正誤差，以保證給料精度。Calibration

5、可接485通訊，CAN通訊，DCS,PLC等接口。

6、采用GPRS無(wú)線數(shù)傳功能，可以短信報(bào)表、遠(yuǎn)程診斷、校秤等功能。
